Initial Contact
Our clients typically contact us via email or phone. We then schedule a tour of our gorgeous property.
In-Person Tour
We meet & tour the property. Our clients have an event planner who they bring along on the tour. If you don’t have an event planner we can recommend one to you.
During the Tour
We discuss dates, times, & expenses during this initial meeting.
Contracts are signed, deposit is paid.
Once we determine the best dates & agree upon expenses & times, we put together a contract & arrange for the deposit.
Submit All Vendor Information
We will provide you with a list of our approved vendors. Once you’ve arranged things with them, you’ll send them our way.
