Welcome to The Sapp House, where timeless elegance meets southern charm. From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted by a classic southern-style wraparound porch complete with rocking chairs and a cozy swing—perfect for relaxing and taking in the view.
Step inside to a charming foyer featuring rich wood floors, a beautiful ornate chandelier, and a stunning staircase that sets the tone for the rest of the home. The first floor offers two spacious gathering rooms, each designed with style and comfort in mind, complete with faux fireplaces that add a touch of warmth and sophistication. Both rooms feature sliding doors that can be closed to create an ideal private setting.
For a third option, unwind in the Judge's Lounge—a cozy retreat furnished with a leather couch and chairs, a 55-inch smart TV, and direct access to the wraparound porch and restrooms. At the back of the property, the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, ice machine, sinks, and ample counter space—ideal for prepping meals or hosting events.

Upstairs, you'll find the charming and stylish bridal suite, the perfect space to relax and get ready before your wedding. This beautiful area features three rooms designed with you in mind, complete with full-length mirrors, a restroom, and plenty of comfortable seating for your bridal party.
The bridal suite also includes:
A dedicated makeup room with professional salon chairs, natural lighting and double vanity.
A relaxing bridal lounge with its own mimosa bar.
This picturesque space is ideal for taking stunning bridal portraits, enjoying a glass of champagne, and creating lasting memories with your loved ones on your big day.
Host up to 50 guests (seated) or 85 (standing) in the two connecting gathering rooms downstairs
Step outside onto our 35’ x 20’ brick patio, the perfect setting for a cocktail hour, an intimate ceremony, or an al fresco dinner party. The patio is adorned with beautiful string lights, creating a magical atmosphere for your nighttime celebrations.
Adjacent to the patio is our lush, green lawn, enclosed by natural foliage for a private and intimate feel. This versatile outdoor area can be transformed to fit your vision, whether you're planning a wedding ceremony with guest seating, a tented reception with dinner tables, or a stylish cocktail hour with lounge furniture.
A highlight of our lawn is a grand, whispering tree that provides a stunning natural backdrop for wedding photos. It's also wrapped in string lights, adding a warm, romantic glow to your event after sunset.

The upstairs bridal rooms with gigantic antique mirrors and chaises as well as the natural light in the makeup room added to the uniqueness of this venue. The multi-tiered staircase is a perfect picture backdrop for any bride with a cathedral length gown. The back lawn is well maintained and tables are arranged for pictures to be accented by the historic home and oak trees. I loved being able to see everything come together on the lawn while peeking in from the upstairs makeup room. If you are looking for a venue that requires little decorations due to historic and picturesque qualities, The Sapp House was a fabulous location with all attendees and participants enjoying the day immensely!

I can't say enough about this venue!!! Perfect setting for any gathering or celebration. It's so pretty and elegant, very few decorations are needed. There was everything I needed on site and the owners and staff were just amazing to work with! Highly highly recommend!!!!!!

My husband and I fell in love with The Sapp House immediately after touring! The house has so much character and natural lighting, the whole upstairs bridal area is great for brides and their party to get ready, and the groom also has a room downstairs too! Plus, leading up to the day (and even day of) the owners were so friendly and helpful! Anyone looking for a wedding venue, I definitely recommend!!

The Sapp House is the perfect place for events! I just helped host a baby shower here and it was amazing! Planning our event was easy, and we had to bring minimal decorations because the house already has SO much character and history. Their on staff event planner made everything a dream! She was so helpful, accessible and made setting up easy! If you want an event that will continue to be talked about and has history and character in the venue itself, this is the place!

The Sapp House is the PERFECT venue for a celebration of any kind. It’s truly something special. I’ve thrown 2 events here within the last year. A baby shower inside and a birthday party that we used both the inside and outside. The outdoor area has string lights and a large paver porch as well as a huge lawn area. We had live entertainment as well as tables set up out there and still had room to dance the night away under the stars.

We had a great experience! They were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond our expectations to help us prepare. On top of that the venue was beautiful! We put a tent up in the backyard for warmth on a cold winter night! I would recommend this location to anyone who has an upcoming event/wedding!
