Our partner vendors are always available for anything beyond the package. The day-of hostess works alongside your coordinator or decorator, not in place of them.

Questions couples ask
How many guests can The Sapp House hold?
Up to 150 seated or 200 cocktail-style outside, and up to 50 seated or 85 standing inside.
Can we bring our own caterer and alcohol?
Yes. Bring your own food and drinks, alcohol included, or ask about our in-house buffet catering.
Do you offer décor?
Yes. The Weekend Experience comes styled with our premium in-house décor, and décor add-ons are available for every other booking. Our partner vendors are always available for anything beyond that.
Can we have our rehearsal here?
Yes. Daily Wedding Rate bookings include a complimentary 30-minute rehearsal, subject to availability. With the Weekend Experience, you can use your Friday time to rehearse.
Do you host small ceremonies or elopements?
Yes. The Ceremony & Champagne Toast is two hours for up to 20 guests, Monday through Thursday, bookable within 60 days of your date.
Do you offer reception-only bookings?
Yes. Reception Only gives you six hours downstairs and outside, bookable within 60 days of your date.
What happens if it rains?
Tents can be added for an additional fee. If weather forces a change, rescheduling is based on availability.
Is there parking?
Yes. We're one of the only venues downtown with a paved parking lot right next to the house.
